Return Process

  Securely package the items in their original box or a sturdy alternative to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your pre-paid return label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
